We want your Facial Clarity products to arrive safely and quickly. Here’s what you need to know:

Standard Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

  • Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount (see website promotion).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help:

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service at info@facialclarity.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions for sending your product back.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a replacement at no cost.
